From Bangor
- Take Route 1A East toward Bar Harbor. In Holden, take a right onto Route 46/Lower Dedham Road. Follow for 11.5 miles.
- Turn left onto Russell Cove Road and take an immediate left onto Duck Cove Road.
- After 0.7 miles, take a right onto Upper Falls Road. Follow for 1.7 miles and take a left onto Route 1.
- After 1.4 miles, take a right onto Route 15 at the gas station, towards Blue Hill.
- Follow for about 15 miles until you get to the center of Blue Hill.
- At the bottom of the hill when you are at the stop sign facing he Jud Hartman Gallery, take a right onto Main Street (also known as routes 15 and 172).
- Continue straight on Main, past the village stores and town hall. Take your next left (after town hall) onto Parker Point Road. The library is located on the corner of Parker Point Road and Main Street.
From points south
- Follow Route 1 North into Bucksport and Orland, toward Bar Harbor.
- On Route 1 in Orland, at the Shell station, take a right onto Route 15 toward Blue Hill.
- Follow for about 15 miles until you get to stop sign at the bottom of the hill in the center of Blue Hill village.
- At the bottom of the hill when you are at the stop sign facing he Jud Hartman Gallery, take a right onto Main Street (also known as routes 15 and 172).
- Continue straight on Main, past the village stores and town hall. Take your next left (after town hall) onto Parker Point Road. The library is located on the corner of Parker Point Road and Main Street.
From Ellsworth
- Go down Main Street, over the Union River Bridge and past Rooster Brother, halfway up the hill, bear left on Route 172/ Surry Road.
- Follow 172 for about 13.5 miles through Surry past the Blue Hill Fairgrounds and into the center of Blue Hill. Entering the village of Blue Hill, you will go down Greene’s Hill, and pass the Blue Hill Co-op and the Fishnet restaurant at the bottom on your right. You are now on Main Street.
- Continue straight on Main, past the village stores and town hall. Take next left (after town hall) onto Parker Point Road. The library is on the corner of Parker Point Road and Main Street.
